Grilled Chicken Wings with Mushrooms

Soak the mushrooms in advance, cut the chicken wings into pieces, cut the scallions into horse ear pieces, and cut the carrot into pieces with a hob.

Pour oil in the wok, fry the pepper star anise and some chopped green onions.

Add the chicken wings and stir dry. Stir fry together with shiitake mushrooms.

Add carrot cubes, add broth, if there is no broth, add mushroom water, add seasonings, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, etc. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer.

Different kitchen utensils require different time. After the chicken is fully cooked, collect the juice on a high fire and it is ready to be cooked.
Tips:
1. To cook this kind of dish, I like to use a small pot and stew slowly over a small fire. If time is too late, I can use a pressure cooker or electric pressure cooker.
2. For dried mushrooms, wash them before soaking the hair. The mushroom water can be kept for use. The cooked dishes taste very good.
