Grilled Chicken Wings with Walnut Sake

After washing the whole chicken wings, cut the whole wings

Weigh the walnuts for later use, cut the shallots and peppers into sections for later use

Hoisin sauce, braised sauce, light soy sauce and tomato sauce are mixed with 1 tablespoon of water

Heat the pot on a low heat and add walnuts to slowly fragrant. Stir until the edges are a little golden and ready for use.

Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the original pot and heat over medium heat, then add ginger slices and sauté
