Grilled Chicken with Cumin and Scallions

Prepare a three-yellow chicken.

Prepare seasonings and accessories.

Wash the onion and ginger and cut into fine pieces.

Slice another onion and spread it in the baking dish.

Take a large bowl, add pepper, light soy sauce, and cooking wine to mix into a sauce.

Add cumin powder to the sauce and mix well.

Add onion and ginger diced to the sauce and mix well.

Wash the chicken belly and wash; dry it with kitchen paper.

Put the chicken in the sauce and knead it repeatedly to make it delicious.
