Grilled Chicken with Mushrooms

Wash the whole chicken and put it in a large bowl.

Spread a layer of salt evenly on the body and inside of the chicken, and then massage the chicken with your hands for 5 minutes to allow the salt to fully enter.

Plus soy sauce, green onion and ginger, it is very delicious.

Spread evenly.

Add barbecue ingredients and spread evenly.

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours to fully taste.

The shiitake mushrooms are soaked softly.

Remove the shiitake stalks and wash them.

Take out the marinated whole chicken and stuff the chicken belly with shiitake mushrooms.

Then stuffed with green onion and ginger slices.

Place on the grill.

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, select 200°, heat up and rotate the grill.

Bake for 1 hour.

Brush the honey water every 15 minutes.

Bake at 230 degrees for another 10 minutes at one hour.
Tips:
1. The whole chicken must be marinated in advance for at least 20 hours.
2. During the marinating process, turn the whole chicken over from time to time so that the taste is even.
3. Brush some honey water when roasting to make the roasted taste more fragrant.
4. Finally, bake at a higher temperature for ten minutes to make the chicken skin more fragrant.
5. Determine the roasting time according to the size of the whole chicken.
