Grilled Eggplant

Heat the eggplant in the microwave for eight minutes on high heat.

Saute half of the minced garlic in a hot pan with cold oil.
3.
After sautéing on low heat, add light soy sauce, steamed fish sauce, oil, salt, cumin powder, and the other half of minced garlic.
4.
Put garlic in it.
5.
Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
