Grilled Eggplant

Brush the eggplant with vegetable oil and put it in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes.

Chop garlic, chop shallots into chopped green onions, and chop carrots, add all the ingredients and mix well.

Cut the eggplant into two halves with a knife in the middle, and spread the sauce over it.
4.
Put it in the air fryer again, 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
