Grilled Eggplant with Minced Meat

Wash the eggplant and drain the water

Cut the eggplant in half, leaning a knife evenly on the skin side of the eggplant, and then cut into pieces

Tips:
1. Put the minced garlic in two places, half of it in the pot, and the other half before it is out of the pot.
2. The eggplant fried in this way hardly eats oil, and the remaining oil of the fried eggplant is enough to fry the minced meat.
