Grilled Fish Cubes with Shiitake Mushrooms

Cut fresh silver carp into pieces and soak in clean water. Wash repeatedly.

Marinate with appropriate salt, five-spice powder, and oyster sauce for half an hour.

The marinated fish fillets are coated with cornstarch and set aside.

Tips:
