Grilled Fish with Sauerkraut
1.
After the sea bass is cleaned, cut it in half, but do not cut it. Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, pepper, ginger and spring onion and marinate for 10 minutes
2.
Spread tin foil on the baking tray and brush with a layer of cooking oil. Use kitchen paper to remove the sundries from the fish and absorb the water at the same time. Place them in the baking tray.
3.
Put it into the lower layer of the preheated oven, lower the heat to 200 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes
4.
Without oil in the wok, put the sauerkraut into dry and stir for 5 minutes, remove the moisture in the sauerkraut, and serve
5.
Put edible oil in a pot, turn on a low heat, and stir the garlic, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon for a fragrance
6.
Sauerkraut, small red pepper, onion and fry for 3 minutes
7.
Stir in boiling water and bring to a boil, add oyster sauce, sugar and other seasonings
8.
Pour the fried sauerkraut into the grilled fish dish
9.
Lay grilled fish on it and eat it while heating it. The remaining soup in the pot can also be used to cook other ingredients, such as noodles, yuba, tofu, etc.
Tips:
1. The sauerkraut itself already has saltiness, so you need to be careful when putting salt
2. When grilling fish, the grill pan must be brushed with oil, and it can be a little more, otherwise the fish will stick to it and be difficult to remove
