Grilled Lamb Chops with Garlic and Cumin
1.
The lamb chops are ready, I used the middle lamb chops with the backbone
2.
Separate each lamb chop and cut in half
3.
3 tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of edible oil, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and mix well
4.
Cut garlic and ginger into granules, the amount of ginger and garlic is about 1:2
5.
Pour the prepared sauce, ginger and garlic into the lamb chops, mix well, marinate the lamb chops for more than 1 hour, and flip in the middle
6.
The marinated lamb chops are laid out flat on the grill pan
7.
Wrapped in tin foil
8.
Put it in the oven, the middle level, the upper and lower heat 220 degrees, bake for 30 minutes
9.
When it’s time to take it out, sprinkle cumin on it, put it in the oven, don’t cover it with tin foil, just bake for 15 minutes
Tips:
The longer the marinated lamb chops are, the longer they will taste, and they can be marinated at night and grilled the next day.
The garlic and ginger should not be minced, but should be diced to give it a grainy feel.
Do not cover with tin foil after baking for half an hour. Put cumin in the next 15 minutes. If you like spicy food, put it together with cumin, which is more fragrant.
