Grilled Lemon Saury

Wash saury and slash, slice lemon and remove seeds, mince ginger and garlic, and put paprika and peppercorns in a bowl.

Put the ginger, garlic, and lemon slices in a bowl, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, and olive oil and mix thoroughly.

Spread the seasoning evenly on the saury, stuff the lemon slices into the fish belly and marinate in the refrigerator for more than half an hour.

Spread a layer of oil on the tin plate and drizzle the marinated sauce on the fish.

Preheat the oven at 200°C, put it in a tin pan and bake for 15 minutes, turn it over and brush with a layer of marinated sauce and bake it for 15 minutes (by the way, a few sweet potatoes were baked for 50 minutes).
6.
Cut a few slices of lemon, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and start eating.
