Grilled Perch with Basil

Wash the sea bass, drain the water, and put a knife on it

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until fragrant

Turn it over and continue frying

After both sides are fried, add green onion and ginger until fragrant

Add some boiling water and bring to a boil, turn to medium heat

At the same time, add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, perilla leaves and chili, and cook on both sides of the fish for 5 minutes

Put the fish on a serving plate, and use cornstarch water to make the rest of the sauce.

Just pour it on the fish
Tips:
1. If you want to fry the fish in a non-stick pan, please remember to heat the pan with hot oil. After the fish is in the pan, it can be on medium-high heat. Don't turn it over in a hurry;
2. If you want to fry the fish without the oil coming out, then the water on the fish must be wiped dry.
