Grilled Pomfret

Kill the washed fish and spend it with a knife.

Add salt and steam the fish in soy sauce to marinate for ten minutes, and rub it with your hands to help the taste.

Put the marinated fish in a baking tray, preheat the oven 200 degrees forward, and put the marinated fish on it.

Prepare the seasoning.

Take it out after fifteen minutes, put the three kinds of powder evenly on it, and pour oil on the fish.

To prepare a large plate, I cut the shredded onion and spread it on the plate.

Put it in the oven again, turn it over 15 minutes later, add the powder and oil. Put in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.

After the fish is obviously dry, they can be oiled again in the middle. This is not certain. Put it on the plate you prepared before, and put the chopped Agastache on top.
