Grilled Pork Ribs in Oven Food

A piece of pork ribs is about 1500 grams, rinse with water and soak for two hours to remove the blood

Peel off the scallions, ginger, and garlic, clean them, and cut them into chopped green onions, ginger slices, and garlic slices.

The soaked ribs are dried and the water is controlled. Put chopped green onion, ginger slices, garlic slices, cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, thirteen spices, and sugar into the container. Stir evenly and spread on the ribs and marinate for about 8 hours.

In order to make the ribs taste better, apply the marinade a few more times during the period, and use a fork to pierce the ribs evenly.

Spread a layer of tin foil on the baking tray and place the marinated ribs on top

Preheat the upper and lower tubes at 250 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes in the oven. Put the ribs in and adjust the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes, during which the ribs can be turned over.

Sprinkle cumin powder and chili noodles evenly on both sides. I did not sprinkle chili noodles because my family doesn’t eat spicy food.

Use a knife to cut apart the ribs but don't cut them off

Sprinkle the cumin powder and bake it in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
