Grilled Pork Ribs with Bansu

Boil the ribs and drain.

Cut garlic, ginger, and shallots for later use.

Peel the Bansu, wash and drain.

Heat the wok, add some cooking oil, pour in the ribs and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.

Fry the ribs and pour out the oil.

Add the dark soy sauce and color evenly.

Add green onions, ginger, garlic, water, and cooking wine.

Season with appropriate amount of salt.

Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer for half an hour.

Put in the cleaned scallops and boil, cover and simmer for ten minutes.

The bansu is cooked over a high heat to collect the juice and add pepper.

Put fresh vegetables.

Finally, pour some sesame oil on it and serve it on a plate.
