2. Quail eggs are cooked and peeled for later use

3. Seasoning needed: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger, chives, rock sugar, stewed meat bag, cooking wine

4. Pork ribs in a pot under cold water. After the water boils, remove the froth and remove it for use.

5. Put a little oil in the pot, add the blanched ribs and fry for a while, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, stewed meat bag, ginger, chives and other seasonings

6. Stir fry until the ribs are colored

7. Add appropriate amount of hot water (the water has touched the ribs), then turn to a low heat to boil for 20 minutes.

8. After about 20 minutes, add salt and continue cooking the quail eggs.

9. Cook the ribs soft and rotten over a medium heat to thicken the soup.

Tips:

When cooking quail eggs, the heat should not be too high to prevent the shell from cracking; soak the boiled eggs in cold water for a while to make it easier to peel;
