Grilled Quail Eggs with Spare Ribs

Main ingredients: short ribs, quail eggs

Quail eggs are cooked and peeled for later use

Seasoning needed: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger, chives, rock sugar, stewed meat bag, cooking wine

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water. After the water boils, remove the froth and remove it for use.

Tips:
