Grilled Scallop Vermicelli
1.
The scallop meat is cleaned, and the black lines and excreted parts are removed.
2.
The vermicelli is soaked in cold water to soften and spread on tin foil.
3.
Spread the processed clean scallop meat on top.
4.
Sprinkle a little salt on the surface and evenly drizzle with light soy sauce.
5.
Spread the mashed garlic evenly on the surface. Don't put all the garlic in it, but leave a part.
6.
Wrap the foil and tie the seal tightly so that the moisture will not flow out easily and the vermicelli will not dry out. Put it in the oven and bake at 230 degrees for 20 minutes.
7.
After taking it out, sprinkle the cut red pepper and green pepper on the surface, and then spread the remaining garlic.
8.
In a wok, heat the oil to 90% heat, and pour it on the garlic.
Tips:
1. If you are buying the whole unprocessed scallop meat, be sure to remove the black stuff, the smell of that part is particularly fishy.
2. The oil must be burned very hot, so that it fragrant.
