Grilled Sea Bass

Prepare all kinds of ingredients. Scratch a few lines on the back of the cleaned sea bass for better taste.

Wash the hot peppers, remove the stalks, and cut into small sections. After the garlic cloves are peeled and washed, mince.

Wash the mushrooms and remove the old roots. Wash, peel and slice small potatoes.

After peeling and slicing the ginger, stuff a few slices into the belly of the sea bass, and put the rest in a baking dish lined with tin foil along with the washed and chopped chives.

In the meantime, wipe the whole fish body with salt, then apply cooking wine + light soy sauce, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Put the marinated fish in a baking tray, pour light soy sauce again, spread ginger slices and green onions, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

While grilling the fish for the first time, sauté the small hot peppers, garlic diced and tempeh sauce until fragrant.

After the fish is grilled for the first time, pour the fried sauce and light soy sauce on the fish, and then spread the shiitake mushrooms and potato chips. Put it in the oven and continue to bake for 20 minutes.
