Grilled Sea Fish

The fish is fresh and tender.

There are several species in it. There are Tsing Yi, fool fish, and a few others don’t know what they are called.

Remove the internal organs of the fish, remove the scales and wash them.

Onion ginger garlic, pepper. Aniseed.

Put the fish with paper towels and wipe dry.

Put the oil in the pot to heat up and fry the fish for a while.

Add all the spices.

Add the oil, soy sauce, and cooking wine. Add the right amount of water, as long as there is no fish. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add salt to taste after 10 minutes, and cook for 10 minutes.
