Grilled Sea Fish

1. The fish is fresh and tender.

2. There are several species in it. There are Tsing Yi, fool fish, and a few others don’t know what they are called.

3. Remove the internal organs of the fish, remove the scales and wash them.

5. Put the fish with paper towels and wipe dry.
