Grilled Shrimp with Black Pepper

Wash the bamboo sticks and soak them in clean water for 30 minutes.

Wash the prawns, minus the legs, and remove the intestines.

Add salt, cooking wine, ginger powder, light soy sauce and black pepper powder, stir well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Skewer the soaked bamboo skewers into the prawns.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, line the baking tray with tin foil, brush a layer of oil, put the skewered prawns into the baking tray, push into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the baking tray, brush the marinade, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
7.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of crushed black pepper on the grilled prawns with a grinder immediately when they are out of the oven.
Tips:
1. Fresh prawns should also be used;
2. The bamboo skewers must be soaked in water, otherwise they will be burnt in the oven.
