Grilled Small Fish

The fish is gutted and washed. Marinate with salt, green onion, garlic and ginger for 30 minutes. Prepare other ingredients at this time.

Break the eggs, stir well, set aside

Heat oil in a pot and turn off the heat when it is hot. The fish is wrapped in egg liquid and then fried in the pan.

Put the fried fish on a plate for later use.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, heat it up, add green onions, ginger, garlic, pepper, and star anise to stir fry.

Then add the fish, add a little salt, a little soy sauce, and more vinegar, add water and start to simmer over high heat.

Add a small step, optional. I poured the rest of the egg mixture in, then turned off the heat and simmered for 20 minutes.

Put it out of the pot and sprinkle with goji berries, and you can enjoy it beautifully.
Tips:
Be careful when frying fish, the oil will be everywhere; less soy sauce and more vinegar.
