Grilled Squid with Garlic and Cumin

Remove the internal organs and clean the eyes of the squid, and tear off the black film on the body

Cut the body into three, separate the claws from the head

Chop a head of garlic and minced garlic, cut some shredded ginger

Put the squid in the basin, add minced garlic and ginger, then pour some cooking wine

Pour in oyster sauce

Add some light soy sauce

Add some salt

Add some cumin powder and stir well and marinate for 2 hours

Tips:
It’s more delicious to eat spicy and add some chili powder. Be sure to put tin foil on the bottom of the oven, otherwise the soup will come out and make the oven dirty during baking.
