Grilled Tofu

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the tofu, control the moisture on the surface, cut the tofu into thin slices, mix the seasoning soy sauce, peanut sauce, oyster sauce, barbecued pork sauce, cumin, and salt to make a sauce

Brush the front and back of the tofu with a brush. After brushing for the first time, use a fork to make a hole in the tofu to let the sauce infiltrate and the tofu will be more flavorful.

After standing for half an hour, the sauce is slightly dry, put it in a baking dish, and sprinkle an appropriate amount of five-spice powder and pepper

Put it in the preheated oven and bake, the middle layer is 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, take it out and turn it over, brush the sauce again, put it back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes

Arrange the roasted tofu on a plate, sprinkle some chopped green onions, and garnish with red pepper.
