In the past, roasted tofu was mostly used in ritual ceremonies. Because of the homophony of "roasted" and "reliant", they were given to neighbors to show mutual dependence. But now basically every family has an oven. We can cook it as a drink or a snack.

Grilled Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces evenly,

2. Seasoning powder: chili powder + barbecue powder + five-spice powder

3. Sprinkle the tofu side with seasoning powder,

4. Put it into the baking tray, leaving a gap,

5. Sprinkle seasoning powder on the front too,

6. Seasoning sauce: edible oil + light soy sauce + very fresh flavor,

7. Pour the sauce on the tofu,

8. Preheat the oven at 190°, bake for 28 to 35 minutes,

9. Take out the chopped green onion and red pepper rings, and bake for one minute.

Tips:

Xiao Shao is the kind of food at home.
