Grilled Tofu in A Griddle

To prepare the ingredients, first cut the tofu into 2 cm thick slices, and stir the sauce in a small bowl.

Cut green onion into small pieces, mince garlic, and cut red pepper into small pieces.

Put oil in the pan, add tofu when the oil is 50% hot, and fry for a few minutes on medium heat. Fry both sides until golden brown and slightly hard.

Put the fried tofu out first.

In a separate pot, put a little oil, warm the oil first, add the chili sauce, fry the red oil, then add the onion, garlic, red pepper, and pepper to sauté the aroma.

Add the seasoning sauce and stir-fry well, then add half a small bowl of soup to boil.

Add the fried tofu, gently shake the large spoon to let the soup slowly soak into the tofu, and then close the lid.

Tips:
Tofu should choose tough tofu. When frying, fry it to one side and set the coffee, then turn it over and fry the other side, so that it will not break easily. Add half a small bowl of soup, and the tofu will be delicious and delicious!
