Grilled Winter Melon with Mushroom Meatballs

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Cut the winter melon into pieces, flatten the ginger and garlic, cut the shallots into sections, and prepare a few peppers.

Add appropriate amount of minced ginger, chopped green onion, starch, egg white, salt and chopped shiitake mushrooms to the minced meat and mix well.

Rub into meatballs with your hands.

Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking oil and heat until 80% hot. (Fried meatballs, you need more oil)

Add meatballs and fry them until both sides turn yellow.

Turn the meatballs upside down and fry them.

Remove the meatballs and leave a small amount of oil in the pan.

Add garlic, ginger, shallots and pepper and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add winter melon and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Pour in some light soy sauce and stir fry for 20 seconds.

Pour half a bowl of water and bring it to a boil.
