Grilled Winter Melon with Shiitake Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredients.

Heat the pan with cool oil, add sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Stir fry a few times and then add winter melon slices and continue to fry.

Stir-fry for a few times and add appropriate amount of water.

Add 1 small handful of dried shrimp.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cover and simmer.

When the winter melon is boiled to be transparent, add some salt to taste, then collect the juice over high heat, put it on the plate, and sprinkle the surface with chopped green onions.

Tips:
1. The added dried shrimps increase the umami taste.
2. Cook the winter melon until it is slightly transparent and the winter melon is basically cooked on the surface, and seasonings such as salt can be added.
