Grilled Yellow Croaker with Garlic

Put the clean fish and knives into a small basin, pour in salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes

Tips:
1. It is better if the meat inside is pork belly;
2. Spread various seasonings and spices evenly on the bottom of the pot, and then put the fish on it, so that it will not stick to the pot easily;
