Grilled Yellow Croaker with Pickled Vegetables

Kill yellow croaker and wash it clean.

Soak potherb mustard in clean water for half an hour to remove excess salt, squeeze dry and chop.

Finely chop dried red pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add yellow croaker and fry until golden on both sides, remove and set aside.

Tips:
Potherb must be soaked in water in advance to remove excess salt. Finally, the salt is added as needed. It is not necessary to add the light taste.
