Guizhou Green Bamboo Shoots and Pork Ears

1. Prepare ingredients, green bamboo shoots, peeled and set aside, a marinated pig ear

2. Slice green bamboo shoots and marinate for three minutes with a little salt

3. Slice pork ears for later use

4. The marinated green bamboo shoots squeeze out the excess water and pig ears and put them in a container for later use

5. Add half a teaspoon of chili powder, minced garlic, chopped green onion, two teaspoons of chili oil, half a teaspoon of pepper oil, one teaspoon of rice vinegar, two teaspoons of soy sauce and mix well.
