Dried peanuts and dried black fungus are soaked in the morning, and you can wash them when you get home from get off work in the evening.

Slice the vegetarian chicken and cut the black fungus into small pieces.

Add oil to the hot pot, and proceed to the next step after the oil is heated.

Spread the vegetarian chicken on the bottom of the pan and fry it.

After one side is golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side.

After both sides are fried, add peanuts, black fungus, star anise, and dried chili. Stir fry to see if the vegetarian chicken at the bottom of the pot is sticky.

Then add water, the ingredients are better, then add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, cover and cook. After the water is boiled, turn to a small fire.

When it is almost dry, add 1 tablespoon of delicious fresh soy sauce, shovel evenly and continue to cook.

When it's nearly boiled, you can pick up the pot and serve it on the plate.
Tips:
Peanuts may not be easily cooked. If the peanuts are blown in a pressure cooker before use, they will taste better.
