Ham and Pulpa Soup

1. Sliced ham, winter bamboo shoots, and cattail cabbage.

2. Fry the ham to get fat, add winter bamboo shoots and stir-fry evenly.

3. Add water to the cattail, and continue to simmer for five minutes.

4. Add salt and chives before serving.
