Ham and Radish Meatballs

Rub the radish into silk, add salt, and squeeze the juice;

Finely chop ham and mince green onions for later use;

Put the squeezed radish and minced ham together, and chop slightly;

Put the chopped radish and ham in a large bowl, add chopped green onion, eggs, pepper, broth, sesame oil, mix well, add flour clockwise to strengthen;

Pour oil in the pot and heat to 50% heat;

Put the prepared fillings into balls, put them in oil, and fry them over a medium-to-small fire, and remove them when they are golden brown;

When the oil temperature rises to 80% hot, add the meatballs and re-fry;

Remove the drained oil and serve on a plate.
