Ham Quiche

Mix 50 grams of flour and 125 grams of water to form a batter for later use (this amount can be spread on a large cake as shown in Figure 2 according to my pan). Brush a layer of bottom oil on the pan and heat it up. Pour the batter and spread it out with a spatula. Thin layer

Beat an egg on top, pierce the yolk with a spatula, spread out in a circular motion

Sprinkle some fine salt and some cooked white sesame seeds before the egg liquid has set; turn it over and spread ham slices

Fold until the dough is golden brown, fold in the upper and lower thirds, cut in the middle, and serve.
