Ham, Shrimp and Radish Soup

Shrimp is dry cleaned and soaked in warm water, and vermicelli is soaked in warm water.

Tips:
Add a few drops of Huadiao wine when soaking the shrimps to get rid of the fishy smell. The vermicelli is soaked and cut into sections. Adding sugar can reconcile the bitterness of the radish to make the soup more delicious. Adding pepper powder can remove the peculiar smell of the radish.
