Xylitol of choice.

The bread machine kneads the noodles, puts eggs in the water, and places sugar and salt in two corners.

Put yeast in the noodles.

Cover with flour without contact with water.

The bread machine uses the kneading function. After kneading for 15 minutes, add butter and knead for another 15 minutes. After kneading, knead again for a total of 45 minutes. It takes about 1 hour to leave the dough.

Insert a hole with your finger, and you will be ready if you don't retract it.

Divide the dough into 60 grams or so, knead it and let it rise for 15 minutes.

Put oil in the baking pan.

Knead it again and put it in a baking tray to ferment.

Leave some space in the middle of each dough.

Put it in the oven and continue to ferment for 1 hour with the fermentation function. Put a pot of hot water below to ensure that the humidity and temperature of the oven are suitable for the dough.

After 1 hour of fermentation, the dough swelled.

Brush with egg liquid and put sesame seeds on it.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, put it in a baking tray, and bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes. You can use a toothpick to test it.
Tips:
After kneading the dough, it is best to knead it until it becomes a thin film. This way the bread will be softer.
