Now on the street, the most popular snack in front of the school is this Taiwanese hand cake. Every time I pass by, I will see the stalls lined up. I bought it and studied it carefully. The imitation is very successful, at least I got my mother. For sure!

Ingredients

Hand Cake

1. Ingredients: 200g wheat flour, 110g warm water, 10g edible oil
Accessories: Salt, lettuce, ham, egg, noodle sauce, tomato sauce, chives, pepper

Step Flour and warm water, add 10g of oil to the dough and knead it into a dough that will not be smooth at the beginning. After kneading into a dough, relax for 15 minutes and knead again. It will be easy to knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 3 evenly. Make equal portions, knead into small smooth circles, and relax again for 30 minutes!

2. Heat up the pot with a proper amount of oil, add the pepper and shallots and fry it until fragrant. The shallot oil and let cool for a while (don’t use the shallots and Chinese pepper)
After the dough is relaxed, apply a layer of oil on the chopping board, take a small portion and roll it into a large rectangular thin crust, you can see that the chopping board is brushed with a layer of scallion oil and sprinkled with salt and five-spice powder (if you don’t like it, you can omit Five spice powder)
Then fold it up like a fan, the dough is very thin, so be careful when you fold it

3. Then pan up from left to right. After finishing everything, last 20 minutes after finishing the cake, squeeze it and use a rolling pin to roll it into a cake shape. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, put the cake in and fry and turn it over to continue. When frying, turn down the heat, beat an egg on top of the pancake, break it with a spatula, turn it over, let the egg face down and fry it again.

4. Put the pancakes up, spread the lettuce leaves and fried ham, add the noodle sauce and tomato sauce, and you can eat it!

Tips:

1. The slack of the dough is very important, the more oily it will be, the more oily it will be, and the dough will be easier to roll out!
2. The sauce in the middle can be added according to your own taste!
3. Put the ham in the pan in advance and fry it will taste better!
4. Before rolling the dough into a thin crust, remember to grease the chopping board, otherwise it will stick
