Don't dare to eat noodles bought outside for fear of thickeners. So just figure it out for yourself

Ingredients

Hand-rolled Noodles

1. Add water to the flour and salt at once. Knead into dough and let stand for half an hour. Forgot to take pictures.

2. After standing still, knead for a longer time. Then roll the dough into a thin layer and cut it into the picture with a knife. At this moment, the water in the pot is boiling, and the noodles can be cooked after boiling!

3. The noodles are cooked, I will not take pictures later, I used to stir-fry beef konjac as a whistle.
