The big pork balls, the two meatless foodies at home looked at their eyes glowing, wow! This is a local version~~ Haha, let’s use the adjective Baba to name the dish... When I brought it out from the kitchen, I already smelled the scent, and the taste was crisp and chewy. . .

Handmade Pork Balls

1. Ingredients: remove the head and wash the mushrooms, soak them in advance, leave the mushrooms in the water, etc. It will be useful, mince pork, remove the head and tail and wash the green onions, and stir-fry the white sesame without oil.

2. Chop the mushrooms and green onions separately and serve in a large bowl

3. Add cornstarch, sesame, salt, chicken powder and stir for a while

4. Pour the mushroom water and stir vigorously in one direction

5. I can’t use the chopsticks, so I just put on disposable gloves, and keep stirring in one direction with my hands. (I’m working hard, my tired hands are sour, and I stir it by hand for about 10 minutes)

6. Roll into balls and serve on a plate

7. Put water in the pot, put on the stand, boil, put the balls in the pot and steam for about 20 minutes

8. After steaming, take out and eat, no need to add seasonings, just garnish with chopped green onion

Tips:

The time depends on the size of the couscous, usually 15 to 20 minutes. Add a small amount of white sesame and knead to create a distinct taste.
