Hang Pepper Diced Pork

Cut the lean meat into dice, add cooking wine and starch, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Hang peppers, seeded and diced

Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic slices and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the diced meat and stir fry until the color turns white.

Add the sweet sauce and stir quickly evenly

Add light soy sauce, sugar, and a little bit of hot water, and continue to fry for a few minutes until the diced meat is cooked through.
7.
Add the diced chili and stir-fry until the ripeness you like. Season with a little salt.
8.
Add the chopped green onion when it comes out of the pan.
