Happy without Meat--[vegetarian Version of Ants on The Tree]

Soak the vermicelli in cold water and set aside, mince the green pepper and set aside.

Cut the eggplant into small cubes, beat the eggplant on high heat for three minutes in the microwave and set aside.

Pour oil and stir-fry the chives and garlic in the pan, add a tablespoon of tempeh and mushroom sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in diced and stir fry evenly.
5.
Then pour the soaked vermicelli.
6.
Then add about a small bowl of boiling water to remove the ingredients.
7.
Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, salt and chicken essence to taste.
8.
When the juice is almost dry, add the chopped green pepper
