Everyone often eats the home-cooked dish of ants going up the tree. Even though it is served, it is hard to say if there are friends who have three highs to lose weight or do not like meat. Today I used eggplant to make a vegetarian version of ant on the tree, which is equally delicious when served.
A dish that is purely my own deliberate, any similarity is purely coincidental. "

Happy without Meat--[vegetarian Version of Ants on The Tree]

1. Soak the vermicelli in cold water and set aside, mince the green pepper and set aside.

2. Cut the eggplant into small cubes, beat the eggplant on high heat for three minutes in the microwave and set aside.

3. Pour oil and stir-fry the chives and garlic in the pan, add a tablespoon of tempeh and mushroom sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

4. Pour in diced and stir fry evenly.

5. Then pour the soaked vermicelli.

6. Then add about a small bowl of boiling water to remove the ingredients.

7. Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce, a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, salt and chicken essence to taste.

8. When the juice is almost dry, add the chopped green pepper
