Hawthorn Fry

Cut the snow peas into diagonal slices, cut the red pepper into diamond-shaped slices, and cut the lotus root slices in the middle. Cut the carrot into slices with a mold.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, remove the snow peas and set aside.
