Use vegetables in five colors of green, red, yellow, white, and black to form a delicacy, which is a five-element dish. The five colors represent the five elements of wood, fire, earth, gold, and water, which can enter the liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and kidneys, thereby nourishing the internal organs and regulating the balance of the human body. Use the simplest seasoning to make healthy five-element dishes.
For Qinghong, I chose sharp peppers and hot red peppers. If you don't like spicy food, you can choose green peppers and regular red peppers.

Healthy and Delicious Five-element Dishes

1. Wash vegetables with running water.

2. Remove seeds and cut green and red peppers into small pieces. Cut the carrot into diamond-shaped slices. Divide the pine cauliflower into suitable sizes and slice the shiitake mushrooms.

3. Song cauliflower should be cooked in boiling water for one to two minutes to half-ripe.

4. Carrots are treated as above.

5. Slice green onion and ginger for later use.

6. Pour oil in the pot and sauté the green onion and ginger.

7. Put the mushrooms first and fry them. Because shiitake mushrooms will absorb oil more fragrantly, you can also put them in the order you like.

8. Add the pine cauliflower and carrot slices, stir-fry for two to three minutes, and season with salt and soy sauce.

9. Put the green and red peppers in, usually I will add a little salt at this time, stir-fry it to cut off the raw, put a little sugar to improve the freshness, and start the pot.

10. Let's eat~

Tips:

Wuxing dishes can not be limited to these types, as long as it is a combination of blue, red, yellow, white and black.
