Healthy Breakfast----meat and Chive Egg Pie

Use boiling water to stir the flour into a cotton wool-like shape, and form a dough, for a while.

Wash the leeks, cut into pieces and set aside.

Knock the eggs into the pan and fry them until cooked.

Cut the cooked meat into cubes and put them in a bowl for later use.

Put minced leeks, minced eggs, and cooked meat into a large bowl, add refined salt, five-spice powder, monosodium glutamate, minced green onion and ginger, cooking wine, and salad oil.

Stir evenly into fillings and set aside.

Put the good dough on the chopping board, knead it into a long strip, add the dough, and roll the skin.
