However, the white fresh coconuts used in restaurants are so white because they are corrosive such as soaked in sulfur. Otherwise, they will be like apples and pears, which will change color when peeled; and it is difficult to open the mouth , It's easy to cut your hands; if others help you open it, you have to use it quickly, it's easy to break. So the coconut water I use here is a special package for catering. It is old coconut. It has a very light salty taste and a sweet taste, which is very suitable for making soup.

Tips:

Salt is added according to the usual eating habits, soy sauce and Thai sweet and spicy sauce are prepared according to personal taste. I prefer to drink the soup first without adding salt. The coconut chicken is dipped in Thai sweet and chili sauce. It is really delicious. Strongly recommend!
