Healthy Coconut Chicken

Prepare ingredients;

Cut the chicken into pieces and add ginger slices, blanch it and rinse with cold water;

Put chicken, red dates, wolfberry, codonopsis, bamboo fungus, and horseshoe into the pot;

Pour 1L of Jiale coconut water; (just the amount of one bottle)
5.
Bring the fire to boiling; (I show it is 240℃, 1800w, the induction cooker is different, just look at the power)
6.
After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for about 15 minutes; (I show it is 130℃, 800w here, the induction cooker is different, just look at the power)
7.
When the chicken is cooked through, skim off the slick oil, then it can be out of the pan;
Tips:
Salt is added according to the usual eating habits, soy sauce and Thai sweet and spicy sauce are prepared according to personal taste. I prefer to drink the soup first without adding salt. The coconut chicken is dipped in Thai sweet and chili sauce. It is really delicious. Strongly recommend!
