Healthy Vegetarian Fried

Prepare ingredients: lotus root, snow peas, carrots, garlic

Peel the lotus root into slices, remove the pedicles at both ends of the snow peas, tear off the tendons, peel the carrots, press out the heart shape and plum blossom pattern with a mold, smash the garlic, and take out the shell

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 1 g of salt and 2 ml of cooking oil (the bright color of vegetables can be kept unchanged when the vegetables are blanched)

Put the lotus root slices and carrot slices in the water and cook for one minute

Then add snow peas, stir, continue to cook for 2 minutes, turn off the heat when it is 8 minutes cooked

Tips:
Blanch the vegetables until they are half-ripe with boiling water, which can better retain the nutrients of the vegetables;
Add proper amount of oil and salt to the water to keep the color unchanged when blanching vegetables;
Use a mold to press the carrot into a pattern that children like to increase their appetite and avoid picky eaters.
