Heart-wrapped Chicken Wings

Prepare the ingredients.

Remove the bones from the chicken wings.

Wash the chicken wings, add salt, sugar, starch, and steamed fish soy sauce to marinate for about 30 minutes.

Chop the shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and pork.

Put oil in the pot, add sea rice and saute until fragrant. Add pork, chives and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the rice and fry and press repeatedly until the rice feels dry and slightly browned as well.

Add steamed fish soy sauce and stir well.

After it has cooled slightly, fill in rice. Fix both ends with toothpicks.

Put oil in the pot and heat it to 40% hot. Fry it on medium heat until golden brown.
