Hemp Ants on Tree

The vermicelli is soaked in warm water until it can be broken by hand and there is no hard core, cut into sections for later use.

Heat the oil, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add mapo tofu sauce and stir-fry until red oil is obtained.

Add minced meat, super color.

Pour in a small bowl of water, add vermicelli after the water boils.

Add soy sauce to the mix and collect the juice over high heat.

Sprinkle with pepper powder and salt to taste, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and millet pepper rings, stir well and serve.
