Henan Braised Noodles

Put the noodles in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes

Wash the bean sprouts with garlic moss and cut into sections. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Add peanut oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, beans, garlic moss, soybean sprouts, mung bean sprouts, tomatoes, and stir-fry together. Add the right amount of boiling water to keep the soup juicy.

Stir-fry the steamed noodles and vegetables together for about 5 minutes and they will be out of the oven.
Tips:
1. You can make other kinds of celery noodles and other kinds of marinated noodles according to your own preferences.
2. It is more delicious with tomato and egg soup
3. Put more salt in the right amount of cooking
