Hericium and White Fungus Black Chicken Soup

Ingredients: black-bone chicken (washed, chopped and blanched), hericium edodes (soaked, washed and cut open), white fungus (soaked and washed), ginger slices

Put the blanched black-bone chicken into the pressure cooker and put the ginger slices.

Then, combine Hericium and Tremella.

Add some water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Tips:
Wash the soaked Hericium erinaceus with warm water of 40 degrees repeatedly and squeeze it to wash the yellow color of the Hericium erinaceus.
